1. General Terms
1.1 By applying for Membership in the Loganair Loyalty Programme, applicants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Loganair will process personal data in accordance with these Terms, including the storage and handling of Member data for programme administration. Members consent to receiving marketing communications at the time of sign-up, with the option to opt out later.
1.2 Loganair reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without notice, including changes to Membership rules, loyalty point requirements or expiration terms.
1.3 Loganair has the discretion to rescind or refuse Membership without reason.
1.4 Loganair may terminate the Programme with at least three months’ notice, which will be posted on the website.
1.5 Each Member must have a unique personal email address; company emails are not permitted.
1.6 Avios cannot be transferred between Membership numbers.
1.7 Travel agency, tour operator, or organizer email addresses cannot be used for membership.
1.8 Loganair reserves the right to audit accounts for compliance with these Terms.
2. Loganair Loyalty Membership
2.1 Membership can be obtained by completing an online Application Form.
2.2 Individuals under 18 and Loganair staff, including affiliates and associated companies, are excluded from the Programme.
2.3 Only one Membership per person is allowed. Organizations cannot enrol as Members.
2.4 Membership is free of charge.
2.5 Loganair reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel Membership for non-compliance with these Terms.
2.6 Upon acceptance, Members will receive a Membership Number and may be issued a card.
2.7 Membership may be terminated in cases of non-compliance, by the Member’s wish, Programme termination, Member death or account inactivity for 36 months.
2.8 All accumulated Avios are cancelled upon Membership termination.
2.9 Members are responsible for the security of their account details and passwords. Loganair is not liable for misuse.
2.10 Members are solely responsible for any tax liabilities incurred due to Membership.
3. Loganair
3.1 Avios are earned for eligible bookings on scheduled Loganair flights. Avios have no cash value and cannot be sold, traded or exchanged except for rewards.
3.2 Avios are not awarded for Code Share flights where Loganair is not the operating carrier, or for flights operated for the Orkney Islands Council.
3.3 Only public fares are eligible for Avios; negotiated, tour-inclusive, or complimentary tickets are excluded.
3.4 Avios can be registered retroactively and a claim for missing Avios must be submitted using the online form within three months. Proof of travel may be required.
3.5 Avios expire after 36 months.
3.6 Avios are not credited for unused, lost or refunded tickets.
3.7 Avios are credited after the flight if the membership number is included in the booking.
3.8 Loganair reserves the right to correct any errors in the Member’s account.
3.9 Where there has been no earn or redemption activity within a continuous 12-month period then all Avios will be forfeited and lost
4. Reward Flights
4.1 Members can spend Avios for Reward flights once a sufficient Avios balance is accumulated.
4.2 Loganair reserves the right to change the Avios required for rewards or cancel offers. Reward tickets are subject to taxes, fees, and charges.
4.3 Reward tickets are subject to availability and may be limited during "Black Out" periods.
4.4 Avios cannot be combined with cash or other payments for Reward tickets.
4.5 Changes to Reward tickets are only allowed for date, time, or route, provided the Avios required remain the same.
4.6 If a Reward ticket is not used, Avios will be forfeited, but airport tax refunds may be available (admin fee may apply).
4.7 Reward tickets are not available on Code Share flights, and no Avios are earned for excess baggage or other services.
4.8 Reward tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be purchased or sold.
5. Data Protection
5.1 Personal data is collected for managing Loganair Loyalty Memberships and associated services, including marketing.
5.2 Data is processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
5.3 By accepting these Terms, Members consent to the processing of personal data for programme management and marketing purposes.
5.4 Members can update or request copies of their data by contacting Loganair.
5.5 Loganair ensures that external processors comply with data protection policies.
5.6 Loganair will not sell or release data to third parties unless required by law.
5.7 Loganair may update privacy policies, with material changes communicated on the website.
6. Transfer Avios between Loganair Loyalty and British Airways Club
6.1 Linking accounts – a member can link their own Loganair Loyalty and British Airways Club accounts to be able to transfer Avios between Programmes. A member must be 18 years old to be eligible for linking accounts. For security reasons, a member must enable two-factor authentication on Loganair Loyalty and British Airways Club accounts before linking accounts to ensure operating in line with GDPR regulations and best practices for account security. The member’s first name, surname and email address must match on both accounts. The terms and conditions of each respective programme will apply. The account linking feature and transfer of Avios is not available offline.
6.2 Transferring Avios – transferring Avios between Loganair Loyalty and British Airways Club (and vice versa) is free of charge. Avios will be transferred with a 1:1 ratio. There are no limits on how many times Avios can be transferred between accounts. There is no minimum or maximum number of Avios that can be transferred between the linked accounts, however Loganair and British Airways reserve the right to impose certain limits.
6.3 The transfer of Avios between accounts will not extend the validity of Avios in the Loganair Loyalty account.
6.4 Once Avios are moved to an account, the terms and conditions of the associated programme will apply.
6.5 To enable the transfer of Avios between Loganair Loyalty and British Airways Club, including any customer service to facilitate and confirm the transfer of Avios, Loganair may share data from your Loganair Loyalty account with your British Airways Club account in accordance with Loganair’s privacy policy.
