What is Fly Flex?

• 'Fly Flex' is our second tier of fare type alongside our 'Fly' (standard) and 'Fly Flex +' fares.

Can I change my flight later?

Yes. With a 'Fly Flex' fare, you have the ability to make selected changes to your booking before you fly. Change Fees are waived. However, any differences in the price between your initial booked flight and new flight are still payable, if the new flight selected is priced higher.

Do I need a promo code?

• No. As long as you select a 'Fly Flex' fare when booking, within the booking period and travel period, your booking is automatically credited with a 'Fly Flex' fare.

When must I book by?

• Bookings must be made by 23:59 on Wednesday, 9 July 2025

When can I travel?

• The promotion is eligible only on bookings made for flights from Friday, 1 August 2025 onwards.
